Generally, foreigners are subjected to the visa. But government decided to support the conference by making VISA fees free. Only two photos of yours are required.

Health
The certificate of antiamaril vaccination is required of all passengers. By measurement of precaution, it is recommended to be made vaccinate against the Cholera. Quinine treatment is advised front, during, and after your stay
- Obligatory Vaccine : Yellow fever
- Vaccines Recommended : Diphteria, tetanus, poliomyelitis, tuberculosis, hepatitis B, typhoid and meningitis
- Paludism: Transmission by punctures of mosquitos.
Symptom: shivers, high fever and sweat.
To protect itself: to sleep under mosquitos net. To use creams and insecticides against the mosquitos
